Karnataka Congress leader D K Shivakumar told an Old Delhi court Wed that there was no purpose keeping him in "endless custody" within the hiding case since he wasn't defendant of "terrorism" or the other wicked offense.

Shivakumar's counsels, A M Singhvi, and Mukul Rohatgi told the court that he had already given info regarding his around Rs 800 large integer property in his election testimony and "if I (politician) gave wrong info, it will result in prosecution".
