Can you tell us about the challenges you faced while building your vision?
When you are heading towards success, the journey has to be full of ups and downs. Mine was like a roller coaster ride. Of course, there was a bucket full of issues I faced initially, but that shouldn’t be the reason to hold you back.
People also know you as a” Music composer and Actor”. How did you get to these industries?
From the beginning, I enjoyed Music’s and Songs but I never tried to compose music because I don't have lack knowledge about music so yeah when I was pursuing engineering, somewhere I had a lot of stress so, one day I founded a company named "Squad Capitals", which I knew how to use before and I made an app, music random beat which was good and I enjoyed it I showed to my mom she said, “It's good”, from there I entered the music industry as a music composer. As an actor, I was 9 years old. I got an opportunity to work as a child actor with the lead actor in the Kannada film Industry Adi Lokesh.
He started his entrepreneurial journey when he was only 19 years old when he first came across the concept of making money online and now Pavan Kumar N R is the founder of Squad Capitals. Since he found himself in a household with little cash to spare, the idea of sitting at his computer, rather than the grit of going to a traditional workplace, was nothing short of mesmerizing. Today he describes it as finding his passion; of being completely hooked and diving into a new world full of opportunity and excitement. Where he had become less and less interested in college.

Because of my family’s heritage, the expectations were always clear: do well in school, study at university, and secure a steady job. I had seen my father work day in and day out my whole childhood, and while I respected him for it, there was something enticing in the chance of building something of my own. It was new and it was different.”
Before he discovered an online business, Pavan Kumar N R had always been fascinated with figuring out how things worked. If you had asked him before age 13 what he wanted to be when he grew up he would have answered Engineer or computer engineer. When he found something he was passionate about, he became consumed by an urge to learn anything and everything about it. It was true then, and it’s true now. This entrepreneur strives to attain new knowledge every single day.

Any advice and suggestions for youngsters like you?
Well, my suggestion is success starts with self-belief, focus, hard work, and risk-taking ability. If you believe in something you must be able to take the risk to achieve that. Even I wrote a small book about the digital market be creative and believe in yourself because, in the end, you have to survive all alone. To be an Entrepreneur you have to plan Everything in Advance.
